1. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@kcurio.com as soon as possible after placing it. We can cancel and refund your order only if it has not yet entered the production or shipping process. Once your order is being created or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
2. Can I return or exchange my item?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges in order to maintain the quality and integrity of our products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
3. What if I received the wrong item or my item arrived damaged?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at info@kcurio.com with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement. If the item is no longer available, you will receive a full refund for that item.
